- • 50% refund of paid amount
- • Rescheduling allowed with ₹200 fee
- • Credit valid for 3 months
- • One-time rescheduling only
Less than 6 Hours
- • No refund for cancellations
- • Rescheduling with ₹500 fee (subject to availability)
- • Credit valid for 1 month only
- • Emergency exceptions considered
No-Show Policy
- • No refund for no-shows
- • Full payment charged
- • Future bookings may require advance payment
- • Contact us if emergency prevented attendance
Packages and Memberships
Spa Packages
- • Individual sessions follow standard cancellation policy
- • Package refunds calculated per unused session
- • Partial refunds available within 7 days of purchase
- • Unused sessions expire as per package validity
- • Transfer to another person allowed with ₹500 fee
Memberships
- • Non-refundable after 7-day cooling period
- • Membership can be paused for medical reasons
- • Transfer to family member allowed (one-time)
- • Individual session cancellations follow standard policy
- • Unused sessions may rollover as per membership terms

- • Card payments: 3-5 business days
- • Digital payments: 1-3 business days
- • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days

- • Refunds processed to original payment method
- • Cash refunds available at spa locations
- • Store credit option for faster processing
- • Bank details required for direct transfers
Tip: Store credit never expires and can be used for any service, product, or gift card purchase at both locations.
